It does:

  asjo <at> tullinup:/usr/src/emacs$ grep HAVE_XRENDER src/config.h
  #define HAVE_XRENDER 1

and ImageMagick isn't defined:

  asjo <at> tullinup:/usr/src/emacs$ grep HAVE_IMAGEMAGICK src/config.h
  /* #undef HAVE_IMAGEMAGICK */
  /* #undef HAVE_IMAGEMAGICK7 */
