Again, this is wrong:

 "Dragging 'C-M-mouse-1' now marks rectangular regions."

This shouldn't be done, IMO.  No default
binding should be made for this.

After years of user experience, we can, if
appropriate, provide a default binding based
on what users actually use.  There's no good
excuse for doing that now, IMHO.
