It seems you had a problem building tcc-boot0, which is a component of
the Guix boostrap.

The boostrap binaries have evolved quite a bit since, and I can't
reproduce the issue on current master after having built tc-boot0 5
times with:

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
./pre-inst-env guix build -e '(@@ (gnu packages commencement) tcc-boot0)' --check --rounds=5
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
