The description shouldn't be mangled like that, though.  It looks like
it's been encoded twice:

Content-Description: =?us-ascii?Q?=3D=3Fbig5=3FB=3F0Eg=3D=3F=3D?=

There's a big5 base64 text in there that's then been qp-encoded and
marked as ASCII.
