Recipe:
1. Prepare dual monitors (mines are 1920x1080 and 3840x2160)
2. emacs -Q
3. Type some texts
3. Place the window (frame) at large left position (> 3840 in my case)
4. Click anywhere in the text; no click is recogonized (in my case, at
least)

Since other X clients (such as xev) are fine, I presume this is an issue
of the X client (Emacs 25.1.1 in Debian GNU/Linux 9.6, on WSL) rather
than the X server (ASTEC-X 8.0.12 on Windows 10).



In GNU Emacs 25.1.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.22.11)
 of 2017-09-15, modified by Debian built on trouble
