Subject: 26.2; Doc strings of `extended-command-suggest-shorter' and
 `suggest-key-bindings'

Please consider adding to each of these doc strings a mention to see
also the other.  The behaviors controlled by these two options are
very similar/related.

(In fact, it might have been better to have a single option with
multiple values.  Users should be able to configure the behavior in a
single place, and they should be able to apply the same kind of wait
behavior for the `M-x <abbreviation>' display as for a key binding
display.)
