Got this message from tail in a docker container running against a
file on a volume mounted btrfs filesystem:

tail: unrecognized file system type 0x794c7630 for ‘/var/log/syslog’.
please report this to bug-coreutils <at> gnu.org. reverting to polling

So I am doing that. Detailed system specs below. Please don't
hesitate to ask if you need any more info.

Host: Debian Unstable amd64
Docker Container: x86_64 alpine linux base
Filesystem of file: btrfs single disc, single volume volume mounted
into the docker chroot
