    Nahhhhh....

Implies more accuracy than there is.

    Use 2-3 digits for reporting.  That way it can be displayed as
2-3 digits, if choice.  If value is between 2 endpoings, choose the
one that keeps the most bits, like 23.5->23, 34.5->35, basically round
to odd.
