Try this:

- install mesa
- export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="$HOME/.guix-profile/lib"
- set webgl.disabled = false
- set security.sandbox.content.read_path_whitelist = /gnu/store/
 (the trailing slash seems to be significant, but you knew that 
 already)
