Thanks. A last issue: a comment before the root element is not
highlighted. Example: in

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<!-- comment -->
<root>
<!-- comment -->
</root>
<!-- comment -->

the first comment is not highlighted, but the other two comments are.
