Could you mention ‘source-unstable-tarball’ in doc/guix.texi?

Otherwise LGTM!

Please double-check that “make check TESTS=tests/lint.scm” passes and
that ‘./pre-inst-env guix lint -c source-unstable-tarball’ works.
