Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Function `ispell-check-version' fails on

@(#) International Ispell Version 3.1.20 (but really Aspell 0.61-20071105)

due to this:

  (search-forward-regexp
			"(but really Aspell \\([0-9]+\\.[0-9\\.]+\\)?)" nil t)

Because of this, flyspell-buffer also fails.

It can be fixed by changing to:

  (search-forward-regexp
			"(but really Aspell \\([0-9]+\\.[0-9\\.-]+\\)?)" nil t)
