Make `jump to group' work even if it is not activated (bug#33653)

* lisp/gnus/gnus-group.el (gnus-group-goto-group):
Use gnus-newsrc-hashtb instead of gnus-newsrc-hashtb to check if
a group exists even if its server is not activated (bug#33653).
