In GNU Emacs 21.3.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2004-03-10 on NYAUMO
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.2)'

When you try to replace a string and paste the replace string with the
mouse middle button emacs stops searching/replacing after the first
matched string. If "!" is used to replace all matched strings again
emacs stops with replacing just the first match.

I can't reproduce this. Please provide the Emacs version you are using,
as well as a detailed recipe for how to reproduce this problem,
beginning with `emacs -Q'.
