Fixed in commit fe73fedab40cf716cc39139a61c078e2c9a2f37f on the
stable-2.2 branch.  Thanks for the report!

If you try to convert a bytevector, to a bytevector, using
u8-list->bytevector, guile crashes.

$ guile -q
