Some documentation doesn't know that view-emacs-problems has a new key:

It would be good to check all the documentation files
(includintg the Emacs manual) for each of the C-h keys that has
changed in Emacs 23, and even in Emacs 22, to make sure they are
all correct.  Searching for the old keys and the new ones
would be most robust.
