Subject: 27.0; add index entries for `eval-defun' for non-Edebug

The only index entry for `eval-defun' is for Edebug.  Please add entries
to nodes `Defining Variables', `Variable Definitions', and `Defining
Faces'.  Its use goes beyond just Edebug.
