I guess maybe it's because i'm using the Windows Vista Traditional Chinese Version. Emacs tries to set cp950 as default the keyboard encoding but fails. but it's just my guess. could you please check? I guess maybe it's because i'm using the Windows Vista Traditional Chinese Version. Emacs tries to set cp950 as default the keyboard encoding but fails. but it's just my guess. could you please check?
