* gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (icecat-minimal) [inputs]: Add nspr-next and
nss-next.
[configure-flags]: Re-instate the "--with-system-nspr" and "--with-system-nss"
configure flags.
[phases] {remove-bundled-libraries}: Update comment.
