Thanks.  If the bug does happen without the font setting

(font . Sarasa Mono CL 12)

please do not set the font in future experiments because it
complicates the mental translation between character size values (like
47 or 120) and the pixel values produced by the trace.

I'm not sure whether you ever confirmed Robert's question: Does the
bug happen when you turn off scaling of your display?
