[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Hi emacs developers.

In maintaining.texi:2472,there is a @code{DEL} Texinfo markup.

I am trying to translate emacs-26 manuals,
and there are many fixes @code{key} to @{Key} or @kbd{@key{Key}}.

So,I think this should also be fixed to either

Thanks.

No, because the text says:

In addition, @samp{\d} stands for the @code{DEL} character.

So in this case "DEL" refers to a character, not a keyboard key that
the user is supposed to type, and therefore @key is inappropriate.

Thanks.
