(This bug report unfortunately got no response at the time.)

I'm unable to reproduce this bug in Emacs 28 -- if I

emacs -Q /tmp/a.c
M-x semantic RET

int foo() {
 lala;
}

and hit TAB before "lala", it indents it.

Are there further steps needed to reproduce the bug?
