This is also present in the online documentation (as expected) https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Subdirectory-Motion.html#Subdirectory-M\ otion The '>' command for moving down to the NEXT directory-file line is stated to be the elisp function (dired-prev-dirline).
