Subject: 25.3; php-mode fails

Action: switch to php-mode (using M-x php-mode)
Result: No rsult, just the message: cannot open load file: php-project

I tried a reinstall of the emacs-php-mode package (arch linux). But the
behaviour didn't changed. The following lines are in the .emacs file, as
suggested by the package installation

(autoload 'php-mode "php-mode.el" "Php mode." t)
(setq auto-mode-alist (append '(("/.*\.php[345]?\'" . php-mode))
auto-mode-alist))

Unless I'm mistaken, php-mode is not part of Emacs. And at least the
repository in https://github.com/ejmr/php-mode does have a
php-project.el file as part of the package, so I guess you have a
broken installation for some reason.
