Hello,

The ‘install-license-files’ phase doesn’t install anything when doing
builds with #:out-of-source? #t, as is the case for ‘glibc’ and for
anything using ‘cmake-build-system’.

That’s because it looks for license files in “.”, which is incorrect in
this case.
