All 20 build users:
# getent group guixbuild
guixbuild:x:30000:guixbuilder01,guixbuilder02,guixbuilder03,guixbuilder04,guixbuilder05,guixbuilder06,guixbuilder07,guixbuilder08,guixbuilder09,guixbuilder10,guixbuilder11,guixbuilder13,guixbuilder14,guixbuilder15,guixbuilder16,guixbuilder17,guixbuilder18,guixbuilder20

I will deploy the new cuirass with the other bug fixed, and report back if
the problem described here is still present.
