Subject: 25.3; edit-abbrevs does not support abbrev properties like :case-fixed

This is similar to bug #29924

edit-abbrevs does not support abbrev properties like :case-fixed

This means that if a user has an abbrev with such a property, using
edit-abbrevs will remove that property.
