    % gdb emacs
    (gdb) b main
    (gdb) r
    (gdb) xgettype Qnil

Tells me "Argument to arithmetic operation not a number or boolean."
`xbacktrace` says the same.

This seems to be due to the recent change to the representation of
List_Object.
