I see half-screen shift by (scroll-down 1).  At least this happens on
a tall line on Info-mode.  I suppose this is bug.

Does it happen on a recent build of emacs-26?  If not, then it may be

Indeed, I can reproduce this in the 26.0.90 pretest, but not in the
current emacs-26 branch.  So I do think it's bug#29325, thanks.

I confirmed that the jump does not happen on the build from the
current emacs-26 branch.  Sorry to bother!
