I am not happy with this solution, but it is okay, as the
hash is the same and I know we will get rid of it as soon
as we are building from the new source.

The file is automatically taken from
<http://mirror.hydra.gnu.org/file/mozjs-38.2.1.rc0.tar.bz2/sha256/0p4bmbpgkfsj54xschcny0a118jdrdgg0q29rwxigg3lh5slr681>
when substitutes are disabled, so I don’t think there’s anything to do.
