From emacs -q (with 26.0.90), M-x list-timers RET shows:

You have typed Á ¸ l i s t - t i m e r s, invoking disabled command list-timers.
Beware: manually canceling timers can ruin your Emacs session.

Should be an M-x instead of the "Á ¸", and maybe we remove the spaces
in between all the characters following it.

Hilarious!

No, it shouldn't show "M-x" at all, just the command name.

Should be fixed now, thanks.

Beware: Disabling old-timers could ruin your Emacs support system. ;-)
