Hello all,

I have created a new debbugs to discuss and resolve the issue with the
error message formatting and it not generating a backtrace:
https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=28797

For the issue pertaining to this bug, the last relevant updates were:

- https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=28792#44

Let's continue from there... why does that error show up on trashing (i.e.
moving, not deleting) a directory, dependent on the value of
trash-directory and the location of the directory I am trying to trash?

Sorry for taking discussion off-topic.
