This is strange. I get an x86_64 substitute for webkitgtk as of the
latest revision of Guix (commit
4c4f1871ae7005debf172edc66f80fcd98e35a90).
What is the result of `guix --version` in the environment where you get
this error? Are you working with some special variant of webkitgtk?
BTW, the code that requires the missing header is wrapped in a
USE(CAIRO) preprocessor block:
