Message #5 received at submit <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
Run:
.../path/to/Emacs -nw -Q -eval '(find-font (font-spec :name "Menlo-16"))'
On my system this crashes more often than not: "Fatal error 11: Segmentation faultAbort trap: 6"
Unfortunately it does not crash 100% of the time. If you don't experience a crash immediately, please try half a dozen or so times, or wait a few seconds before re-attempting.

I can only replicate this on Emacs 25, the Emacs 26 branch seems
immune.
Can you please try a nightly build?

Sure. From where can I download one? (<https://emacsformacosx.com/builds> seems to have stopped producing nightly builds back in June.)

Hmm, As far as I’m aware that’s the only place you can get a nightly
build, unless you fancy using homebrew or building it yourself?
Can you please try that June build? I think all the crash bug fixes
for macOS date to before then.

Yes. Using the 2017-06-11 nightly build, I confirm that this no longer crashes for me.

Thanks. I’ll close this one as it will be fixed in Emacs 26.
