Please attach the debugger to the frozen Emacs and show the C
backtrace.  If possible, try to find whether Emacs hangs or infloops,
and if the latter, where's the loop.  The instructions how to do that
are in etc/DEBUG, under "If the symptom of the bug is that Emacs fails
to respond".
