Full log
Message #5 received at submit <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
The perl-license definition is intended to avoid circular dependencies, so
use this as a default when importing packages from CPAN.
* guix/import/cpan.scm (string->license): Replace '(package-license perl) with
'perl-license.
