    (regexp-opt
      '("Abc"
        "abc"))

    => "\\(?:[Aa]bc\\)"

B)

    (regexp-opt
      '("Abc"
        "def"
        "abc"))

    => "\\(?:Abc\\|abc\\|def\\)"

Shouldn't regexp-opt optimize B case as well?
