 Using Debian base manpages as reference, this patch add support for
 "SEE ALSO" section detection in man.el in several languages.

 It adds FR, DE, ES, PT, IT, PL, TR, JA, ZH_CN, ZH_TW (in this order in 
the regexp)

 The patch just change the regexp. It has to use grouping \( \) for 
correct ^ (begin of line) handling.
