On macOS the easiest way is probably to use lldb. You’d do something
like

    $ lldb /path/to/Emacs
    > run

and once it crashes:

    > bt all

for the backtrace.

It would be best if you could build with debug info. The instructions
for that are in etc/DEBUG.
