send-emacs-bug freezes

Full log
Message #5 received at submit <at> emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com (full text, mbox):
[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
In an Emacs -Q (current 23 CVS build, under NS) and also in Emacs -Q -
nw, executing this:
(add-hook 'text-mode-hook (defun turn-on-longlines-mode () (longlines-
mode 1)))
And then doing M-x report-emacs-bug RET leads to a freeze (non C-
g'able in NS port at least) just after the subject line has been
entered.
Note that longlines mode used to be in the menu, implemented using
text-mode-hook, so I would recommend this be fixed before release...
