* gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image): Add GRUB-EFI to inputs. Append 40MiB EFI
System Partition.
* gnu/build/vm.scm (install-efi): New procedure.
(initialize-hard-disk): Generate grub EFI blob when ESP is present.
