Noticed original limit as a testsuite failure on go-1.8.1:

    issue18146.go:121: syscall.Exec failed: exit status 2
      runtime/cgo: pthread_create failed: Resource temporarily unavailable

* etc/guix-daemon.service.in: changed TasksMax from 1024 to 8192
