Hi there

I want to point out a couple of bugs I've found using Bash for Windows 10:



*         If I run the command tail -f nohup.out

o   tail: unrecognised file system type 0x53464846 for 'nohup.out'. please report this to bug-coreutils <at> gnu.org. reverting to polling

*         If I run the command top and exit the process via CTRL+C or CTRL+Z the screen doesn't clear properly. A lot of empty whitespace appears.
