User attaches a .gz file to a message and sends it, only to
see a "uncompressing [filename] ...done" message in the C-h e logs,
*twice* too!

User wonders why is somebody uncompressing my attachments for me. Just
send them in their original compressed format please!

But in fact they are indeed sent in their original format.

So it seems like some side process is by-the-way checking my attachments
for something, twice too.

Gnus v5.13
GNU Emacs 25.1.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.22.4)
