Yes, I rebuilt the emacs specifically with debug flags.

$ find . | grep ralloc
./src/emacs-25.1/src/ralloc.o
./src/emacs-25.1/src/deps/ralloc.d
./src/emacs-25.1/src/ralloc.c

I'd say yes?
