can't access gmane anymore using GNU emacs 25, gnupg problem

Hi

I switched to GNU emacs 26 and when I try to connect to gmane I receive
the message

Error while decrypting with "gpg2":

gpg: NOTE: old default options file `/home/oub/.gnupg/options' ignored
gpg: WARNING: unsafe permissions on homedir `/home/oub/.gnupg'
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: decrypt_message failed: eof

I will try out GNU 25 again

Hi

Sorry the .gnupg dir had wrong permissions, since it was inside a encfs
encrypted folder.
I also had a link to .authinfo.gpg and gnus did not know what to do with
it.
