Hello,
I have just learn emacs. I have no real bug but some problem with ~/.emacs
config file. When I tried install minimap, yasnippet packages, emacs hide
splash screen in startup buffer. I check parentheses. but no change.

I started with an empty .emacs, installed minimap and yasnippet.  When I
started again, the initial splash screen still comes up.  Is there
anything else in your .emacs file?

Setting inhibit-splash-screen, inhibit-startup-screen, or
inhibit-startup-message would block the startup screen. Do you have
any of those in your .emacs file?
