Hello,

First: AUCTeX is really a great tool!
I want to thank you for developing and maintaining it.

When I try to set ConTeXt to Mark IV

  C-h v ConTeXt-Mark-version

I get the error

  custom-variable-value-create: Wrong type argument: symbolp, "string"

Since I am new to Emacs
the only way I found to work around this
is to change the default value in context.el directly.

This had been already reported and fixed.  However, the change is not
yet available in a released version, so you should manually fix this
in the source code of AUCTeX, here is how:

I've released AUCTeX 11.89.6 one hour ago.  It should be available from
ELPA anytime soon.  ;-)

I think it took some days because last time I checked it was not

Yes, the new bidi.el had a missing year in the copyright line, and so
the ELPA package release job refused to create the package for the new
version and I became aware of that only two days later.  But now I know
how to operate that thing locally, so I can check before releasing and
telling everybody that I already released. ;-)
