Can you tell what are the > > values of ximg, xlim, x, y, and pixels[x] when it crashes? > > ximg = 0x400e > xlim = 0 > x = 0 > y = 0 > (dbx) print pixels[x] > dbx: cannot access address 0xffff0000 So the problem is in the value returned by PixelGetNextIteratorRow. The only ideas I have is (a) upgrade to a later version of ImageMagick, and (b) ask on some ImageMagick forum about similar problems. Thanks. As this seems to be likely to be an ImageMagick bug (and Emacs doesn't build with ImageMagick by default any more), I'm closing this bug report. -- (domestic pets only, the antidote for overdose, milk.) bloggy blog: http://lars.ingebrigtsen.no From debbugs-submit-bounces@debbugs.gnu.org Thu Sep 26 12:00:57 2019 Received: (at control) by debbugs.gnu.org; 26 Sep 2019 16:00:57 +0000 Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1]:44441 helo=debbugs.gnu.org) by debbugs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.84_2) (envelope-from ) id 1iDWCP-0008O7-7s for submit@debbugs.gnu.org; Thu, 26 Sep 2019 12:00:57 -0400 Received: from quimby.gnus.org ([80.91.231.51]:34964) by debbugs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.84_2) (envelope-from ) id 1iDWCN-0008Mh-OO for control@debbugs.gnu.org; Thu, 26 Sep 2019 12:00:56 -0400 Received: from cm-84.212.202.86.getinternet.no ([84.212.202.86] helo=marnie) by quimby.gnus.org with esmtpsa (TLS1.2:ECDHE_RSA_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:256) (Exim 4.89) (envelope-from ) id 1iDWCK-0004ju-VS for control@debbugs.gnu.org; Thu, 26 Sep 2019 18:00:54 +0200 Date: Thu, 26 Sep 2019 18:00:52 +0200 Message-Id: <87wodvqc7f.fsf@gnus.org> To: control@debbugs.gnu.org From: Lars Ingebrigtsen Subject: control message for bug #24063 X-Spam-Report: Spam detection software, running on the system "quimby.gnus.org", has NOT identified this incoming email as spam.
