    Fix for coding-system completion (bug#23670)
    
    * lisp/international/mule.el (read-buffer-file-coding-system):
    Ensure that completion-pcm--delim-wild-regex is enclosed in parens,
    so that completion-pcm--pattern->regex can append "*?".
